The focus of our practice is in special education litigation. We
represent the needs of children with special needs in the arena of
public education. This area of law is governed by the Individuals
with Disabilities Education Act or the IDEA.
The firm's geographic area of practice extends across the State
of California. We have represented children with special needs
as far North as Modoc and Del Norte Counties and as far South
as San Diego County. We have also represented children in
Nevada, particularly in Las Vegas.
Within California the firm's representation also includes children
with disabilities and their families who are advocating for
services from the Regional Centers. This area of law is governed
by the Lanterman Act.
